What is Online Reservation Procedure ?

What is Online Reservation Timing ?

  One can do online Reservation 24hrs.

I missed / do not get Reservation Email, now?

  This is auto-mated system & within a couple of minutes of successful reservation, one will get email & same can be seen on List Reservation link located at left-bar once u login.

How many Reservation I can do ?

  One.
  In one Reservation u can select maximum 3 rooms.

Can I edit My Reservation ?

  No.
  Once your reservation is done, you can not edit reservation. You need to cancel the reservation & make new reservation, based on availability.

What is Cancellation Procedure ?

  You can cancel your reservation from your login under List Reservation, as per Cancellation Rule, refund will be deposited at source. Cancellation of reservation can be done on all days, but before 72hrs of the check-in time.

What is Refund Rule ?

• => Reservation can be cancelled before 72hrs of the check-in time from your own login or sending email to [email protected], money will be refunded back to origin source after deducting Rs.100 from the Accommodation charges.
• => No refund thereafter.
• => No refund for no showup.

My Money debited & I received email from Payment Gateway CCAvenue but not reservation email ?

  Plz kindly visit the List Reservation page, you can print or download Reservation pdf.

  In rare case it may happen that there is some linkage problem so it's available within 3 hours.

Can I pay through bank transfer / eMO / DD for Online Booking ?

No. Online Booking is automated process & one has to pay online through payment gateway to get confirm booking. Failure to pay through payment gateway will be automatically cancelled. 

What is Present TAX structure ?

GST will be charged as per Govt. Norms. 
Current Rates as below, {Effective date from 18/07/2022}
12% GST for Amount upto Rs.5,000/-.
18% GST for Amount for Rs.5,001/- & above.

I'm not getting answer of my query, what to do now ?
