How to Book Rooms Online?
- Personal Bookings Only: Online reservations are for individual bookings only. For group bookings, please refer to our Group Booking section.
- Visit the Booking Page. Enter your desired check-in and check-out dates. (Reservations can be made a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 60 days in advance, for stays up to 3 days.)
- Select Room(s): Choose your preferred rooms (up to a maximum of 3 rooms per booking). Click 'Next' to proceed.
- Enter Visitor Details: Fill in the booking and visitor information as required. Click 'Next' to continue.
- Review Your Booking: Verify all booking and payment details before proceeding.
- Accept Terms & Conditions: Read through the terms and conditions, confirm your acceptance by checking the box, and click 'Submit'.
- OTP verification: Please click on Send OTP and enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and Email.
- Complete Payment: You will be redirected to the secure payment gateway. Choose your preferred payment option (UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking) and complete the payment.
- Reservation Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your reservation status, along with booking details and an advance payment receipt.
- *GST as per Govt. Norms. Difference of Bill Amount, if any, will be adjusted at reception counter at the time of check-out.
How to Cancel Reservation?
- Visit the Booking Page and click the "Cancellation" button.
- Enter your reservation number and follow the instructions.
- As per our policy, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before check-IN time to be eligible for a refund. (Rs.100/- cancellation charge applies)
Group Booking Guidelines
For group bookings, the concerned institution, firm, or agency must submit a formal request on their official letterhead by email or post to the Campus Manager.
Please include the following details for each participant:
- Name
- Gender
- Age
- ID Card Details
- Address
- Place
- Pin Code
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Number of Male Visitors
- Number of Female Visitors
- Purpose of Visit
- Type of Hall/Rooms Required
- Total Number of Halls/Rooms Required
- Duration of Stay (in days | Check-IN time 12 PM & Check-OUT time10 AM)
Important: Please clearly mention the group in-charge’s details and attach their ID card with the request. The group in-charge must present the same ID at the reservation counter upon arrival.
