Booking Guide

General Instruction :

  1. *  Pilgrim can book minimum of 3 days in advance and maximum of 60 days.
  2. *  Check-in  & Check-out time :: 8:00am.
  3. *  Online Booking only supports online payment through Payment Gateway.
  4. *  Any difference of amount will be adjusted at our reception counter during your stay.
  5. *  A verification call may be made for the bookings done to verify user-id,  mobile number and visitor's details.
  6. *  Any misleading information may lead to cancellation of reservatoin and an appropriate legal action.
  7. *  Multiple logins at booking website are not allowed.
  8. *  Internet booking is not permitted for Group Booking or Travel Agent. Concerned Institution / Firm / Agency has to send request letter on their letterhead to Campus Manager by post, fax or email.
  9. *  Booking or Cancellation request over phone / sms will not be entertained..


Steps to do online reservation :

  1. 1.   Visit & register yourself. [ Never press browser BACK <- button ]
  2. 2.   You will get link in email, which you need to click & set your password   [ Plz chk your bulk / spam / junk folder ]
  3. 3.   Login to reservation portal [ Reservation portal time : morning 6am to night 9pm ]
  4. 4.   Select the date & no. of days you want to stay [Pilgrim can book minimum of 3 days in advance and maximum of 60 days with stay upto 3days]
  5. 5.   On clicking "Go" button you will find the Availability chart at right side.
  6. 6.   You can select rooms, which shows availability is greater than 0.
  7. 7.   Fill the visitor details.
  8. 8.   click on Total [+5% webportal & payment gateway charges]
  9. 9.   Go through Terms & Condition & click check box to confirm & click submit.
  10. 10. The next page will take you to payment gateway, where u can select your bank's debit / credit / net banking or cash card etc options. 
  11. 11. You will get message of your reservation status.
  12. 12. Go to List Reservation & print or download pdf of your reservation.

Booking :

  • *  Only personal bookings are allowed through online. For Group Booking plz contact Campus Manager at +91-4652-246250 during working hours 10am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
  • *  Payment gateway & web charges would be extra, currently it's 5% of the Accommodation charges.
  • *  Taxes will be extra as per Government norms.

Cancellation :

  • => Online reservation can be cancelled before 72hrs of the check-in time from own login only, money will be refunded back to origin source after deducting Rs.100 from the Accommodation charges.
  • Cancellation Request through SMS / Phone will not be entertained. Please cancel through your own login. If you face any problem then send email to rooms [at] from the email which you booked the Accommodation.
  • => No refund thereafter.
  • => No refund for no showup.



    • Please verify whether the room is clean and tidy.
    • Please take bath only in the bath room, nowhere else.
    • Please do not use any heater or cooler in the room.
    • Please note that alcoholic drinks, drugs, non-vegetarian etables, smocking are strictly forbidden in campus.
    • Help to keep the atmosphere in the campus clean and pollution-free.
    • Please do not allow any outsider in side your room for any purpose.
    • Please observe silence during the period 10p.m. to 5a.m.
    • Do not distub the birds, do not pluck the fruits & flowers. We can buy from market, but birds can not.
    • Before you vacate the room please verify whether you have taken all your belongings.
    • Please return the room key to the reception before your departure. Any loss of Kendra property will have to be made good by you.
    • If you where happy here, we are happy to learn about it.
    • In case you notice any shortcomings, please do write to us, so that your next visit can be made happier.

Present TAX structure as per Tamilnadu Government


No TAX = If room bill amount is less than Rs.500/-

10% Commercial Tax = if room bill amount is equal or greater than Rs.500/- but below Rs.1,000/-

12.5% Commercial Tax + 9% Service Tax = if room bill amount is equal or greater than Rs.1000/-


All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nagercoil (TamilNadu, IN).
