Booking Policy:
- Reservations can be made a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 60 days in advance.
- Check-IN: 12:00 p.m. Check-OUT: 10:00 a.m.
- All bookings must be completed online with payment through our secure payment gateway.
- Any difference in amount will be adjusted at the reception during your stay.
- To verify your reservation, we may place a verification call regarding your Email ID, mobile number, and visitor details.
- Providing misleading or false information may result in cancellation and legal action.
- For group bookings, please refer to our Group Booking section.
- Booking or cancellation requests will not be accepted over phone or SMS.
- In case of emergencies, management reserves the right to provide alternate accommodation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellations can be made using your Reservation Number up to 72 hours prior to check-in. Refunds will be issued to the original payment source after a deduction of Rs.100/- from the accommodation charges.
- Cancellations via SMS or phone will not be accepted. If you encounter any issues, please email rooms[at]vkendra.org using the email address used for your reservation.
- NO REFUNDS for cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in or for no-shows.
