Upon Check-In:

  • Please ensure your room is clean and tidy upon arrival. If you notice any issues, contact the reception immediately.

    • During Your Stay:
    • Please take bath only in the bathrooms, nowhere else.
    • The use of personal heaters, coolers, or similar appliances in rooms is not permitted.
    • Strictly prohibited on campus: Alcohol, smoking, drugs, and non-vegetarian food.
    • Help us maintain a clean and pollution-free environment throughout the campus.
    • For security reasons, do not allow any outsiders into your room for any purpose.
    • Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
    • Let’s live in harmony with nature – do not pluck flowers or fruits. Birds depend on them; we can buy ours from the market.

    At Check-Out:
    • Please double-check that you have all your belongings before leaving your room.
    • Please return the room key to the reception before departure.
    • Any loss or damage to Kendra property will need to be compensated.

    Reservation Policy:

    1. Reservations can be made a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 60 days in advance.
    2. Check-IN: 12:00 p.m. Check-OUT: 10:00 a.m.
    3. All bookings must be completed online with payment through our secure payment gateway.
    4. Any difference in amount will be adjusted at the reception during your stay.
    5. To verify your reservation, we may place a verification call regarding your Email ID, mobile number, and visitor details.
    6. Providing misleading or false information may result in cancellation and legal action.
    7. Only one reservation is allowed at a time, per mobile number and email address.
    8. For group bookings, please refer to our Group Booking section.
    9. Booking or cancellation requests will not be accepted over phone or SMS.
    10. In case of emergencies, management reserves the right to provide alternate accommodation.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy:

    • Cancellations can be made using your Reservation Number up to 72 hours prior to check-in. Refunds will be issued to the original payment source after a deduction of Rs.100/- from the accommodation charges.
    • Cancellations via SMS or phone will not be accepted. If you encounter any issues, please email rooms[at]vkendra.org using the email address used for your reservation.
    • NO REFUNDS for cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in or for no-shows.

    How to Book Rooms Online?

    1. Personal Bookings Only: Online reservations are for individual bookings only. For group bookings, please refer to our Group Booking section.
    2. Visit the Booking Page. Enter your desired check-in and check-out dates. (Reservations can be made a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 60 days in advance, for stays up to 3 days.)
    3. Select Room(s): Choose your preferred rooms (up to a maximum of 3 rooms per booking). Click 'Next' to proceed.
    4. Enter Visitor Details: Fill in the booking and visitor information as required. Click 'Next' to continue.
    5. Review Your Booking: Verify all booking and payment details before proceeding.
    6. Accept Terms & Conditions: Read through the terms and conditions, confirm your acceptance by checking the box, and click 'Submit'.
    7. OTP verification: Please click on Send OTP and enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and Email.
    8. Complete Payment: You will be redirected to the secure payment gateway. Choose your preferred payment option (UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking) and complete the payment.
    9. Reservation Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your reservation status, along with booking details and an advance payment receipt.
    10. *GST as per Govt. Norms. Difference of Bill Amount, if any, will be adjusted at reception counter at the time of check-out.

    How to Cancel Reservation?

    • Visit the Booking Page and click the "Cancellation" button.
    • Enter your reservation number and follow the instructions.
    • As per our policy, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before check-IN time to be eligible for a refund. (Rs.100/- cancellation charge applies)

      For group bookings, the concerned institution, firm, or agency must submit a formal request on their official letterhead by email or post to the Campus Manager.
